Incoming Material Inspection

Before production starts

Fabrics: Shade consistency, weight, width, color fastness, stretch recovery, and performance properties (moisture-wicking, compression, etc.).

Trims & Accessories: Zippers, elastic, threads, labels, buttons—verified for color match, durability, function, and compliance with your specifications. Rejected materials never enter production.

In-Process Inspection

During bulk production

Line Quality Checks: Our QC team monitors sewing stations in real-time. Seam strength, stitch density, measurements, and construction accuracy are verified against approved samples.

First Article Inspection: First pieces off the line undergo complete evaluation before bulk continuation. Catches deviations immediately, prevents systemic errors.

Post-Production Pre-Packaging Inspection

After sewing, before packaging

Finished Garment Audit: Comprehensive examination of completed garments—size accuracy, symmetry, stitching integrity, pressing quality, and appearance standards.

Defect Classification: Any issues categorized as critical, major, or minor. Critical and major defects trigger rework or rejection; minor defects assessed against your tolerance standards.

Final Random Inspection:

After packaging, before shipment

AQL 2.5 Sampling: Statistical sampling per internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Limits Level 2.5. This means a maximum 2.5% defect rate is accepted for major defects; critical defects are zero tolerance.

Packaging Verification: Correct polybags, labels, hang tags, carton markings, and quantities.

Shipment Readiness: Overall presentation, documentation accuracy, and loading supervision if required.
