From concept to delivery—transparent and efficient.

Step 1 :

Inquiry & Briefing

You share your tech pack, design sketches, or concept description. We review technical feasibility, recommend suitable fabrics and trims, estimate costs, and propose a realistic timeline. No commitment required—just clear, professional feedback.

Step 2 :

Sampling & Development

We create pre-production samples based on your specifications. You evaluate fit, fabric handfeel, construction, and overall execution. We revise until the sample meets your approval. This stage finalizes patterns, grading, and bulk production standards.

Step 3 :

Bulk Production

Approved samples move to full-scale manufacturing. Our production floor follows strict SOPs with scheduled progress updates. Salam oversees factory coordination; Grace keeps you informed at every milestone.

Step 4 :

Quality Control

Multi-layer inspections throughout production—not just at the end. Details below.

Step 5 :

Packaging & Delivery

Finished goods receive final audit, professional packaging per your specifications, and shipment to your warehouse or designated destination. Documentation and tracking provided.
